The C.S. Mott Children's Hospital, the first separate children’s hospital of the University of Michigan Health Care System (UMHS), is one of the nation's leading pediatric health care institutions. Located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, it is a trusted source for excellent clinical, educational, and research programs.Opening in 1969, Mott’s aim is to provide specialized pediatric, neonatal, and women’s care in Michigan. It is the only hospital in the region to offer a Pediatric Liver Transplant program, a Pediatric and Adolescent Home Ventilator Program and high-risk pregnancy services.Mott Hospital excels in a range of specialties and subspecialties – Cardiology, Cancer Care, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Mental Health, Nephrology, Neurology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Infectious Diseases/Immunology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology, and Speech and Language Pathology.
